The VISA policy for Sole Traders was changed and all of the D-8 VISA holder as a sole trader should change the type to D-9.
It should be done before the expiration date of the D-8 VISA.
For the document needed, please ask to the immigration office.
This is just for the sole traders, so if you are incorporated already as a D-8 VISA holder, you don't have to change the type.
And investment VISA as a sole trader is no longer allowed, all of the investment should be incorporated.
