1. The document needed are normally as below, but they can be changed according to the specific case.

• Court registration or business license of head quarter

       which should include the name, the date of establishment, the name of CEO,

• Director’s resolution of head quarter

       which should include the name, address and the date of birth of the president 
       of the branch office,   the declaration for establishing Korean branch office,
