The Business Related Visa in Korea is classified into a long-term visa and a short-term visa on the basis of 90 days.

- D-7 : Intra-company transfer.
- D-8 : Corporate investment (This is issued to a executive, senior manager or specialist who is engaged in the field of management, administration or production, technology of a foreign invested company)
- F-2 : Resident. But most of F-2-99 type can not run own business.
- F-4 : Compatriot (Business establishment permitted)
- F-5 : Permament Resident ( Investment of minimum USD 200,000 and other conditions needed.)
- F-6 : Marrage
- D-9 : Treaty trade.
- F-3 : Dependent family can not do own business (This is issued to the spouse and children who is less than 20 years old and has no spouse, of a D-7,D-8 visa holder.)
