Don't miss

Direct money remittence is needed to establish a company in Korea.

To establish a foreign invested company, a foreigner should invest minimum KRW 100mil (around USD 100,000) directly from his/her bank account to another bank account in Korea, which is a "temporary bank account on the name of the investor"

But in the event that he/she does not directly remit the money but remit on the name of 3rd
party, the document which prove that the money is the foreign investor's money is needed.

So, a foreigner had better remit it directly to the temporary bank account in Korea.
