For the movement of a company's main office in Korea.

I listed up the documents for a company’s movement of main office and addition of the business type.

a)      Certificate of Registered Seal Impression of Shareholders. (1 original) (개인 인감증명서
원본)

b)      The registered seal of Shareholders. (개인 인감도장)

c)      The recent version of Corporate registration registry (법인등기부등본) (1 copy)

d)      Certificate of Registered Seal Impression of the Company. (1 original) (법인 인감증명서 원본)

e)      The registered seal of the Company. (법인 인감도장)

f)        The articles of Incorporation (정관 사본) (1 copy)

g)      The Rent contract of the office (2 copy) (사무실 임대차계약서 사본)

h)      Business registration certificate . (1 original) (사업자등록증 원본)

For a) and b) above, shareholders should go themselves to the Gu-office with the things below.

1)      Alien Registration Card

2)      Passport

3)      The Seal you want to register.

(Please use caution. The seal made by rubber is not approved. And the individual’s English full name should be carved on that seal. Please check it to the Gu-office first and if they don’t approve the seal you already have, you can buy one in front of the Gu-office)
