Our policy for potential clients.

We hope our counseling for our potential clients would be very helpful for them even though there is no agreement yet. So, we prepared lots of information for our potential clients to start a business in Korea in this website. But we can not help them forever without any agreement, so there is a policy for our potential clients.

1. Our counseling policy for potential clients.

• E-mail counseling before agreement :  If our potential clients ask something via email before agreement, we can answer it just based on the contents of this website for free.

• Off-line counseling before agreement : After getting enough information and gathering issues for their business in Korea via email counseling, If our potential clients want to meet us face to face and discuss their issues, we can supply our off-line counseling at KRW 100,000 (USD 100) per one meeting (1 hour's limit). This counselling fee will be deducted from the monthly service fee after agreement.

• Any counseling after agreement :  After the service agreement, we will do our best to support our clients' questions.
