1. Proposal for Bookkeeping and Tax service.

• Monthly bookkeeping includes,

        - Monthly Bookkeeping.
        - Monthly Payroll arrangement, payroll slip distribution,
          4 National insurance filing.
          (up to 2 people. Extra fee from 3 people)

        - VAT filing on quarterly basis.

• Yearly tax filing includes,

        - Corporation income tax filing.

• Proposal

          - The total yearly cost is just around 2% of total sales for the small business,
             and no more than 0.5% of total sales for the middle sized business.
             You can get the VAT refund from this service, sometimes much more than the service fee.

          - Monthly report service fee starts from KRW 300,000/month additionally.

          - The proposal above is TOTALLY NEGOTIABLE.
       

2. Proposal for Management Function Support service.

• Management function support service includes the service below.  see detail

        - Banking (e.g. On-line payment for the suppliers, etc.)
        - Electronic tax invoice issuance.
        - Pre-discussion service with authorities.

• Proposal

        - This service fee starts from KRW 600,000/month, and varies by the difficulty of work.
